I wanted to quickly give a big shout of thanks to Mary ann from Dispatch from LA blog, She was so kind and helpful in her email giving me tips on my trip to Paris.
Also my friend Veronica who sent me the most helpful and practical email ever!! So fill of advice , I will be printing it out and taking it with me!
Thanks to Roberta for the tip to contact Mary ann too!
I so appreciate all your help!
Just one thing I had to laugh at you Vee, in your comment you said it might not be a good idea to walk around Paris in the shoes I posted yesterday!! Ha ha, I had to laugh!! I spent 8 grueling hours on a hot summer day walking Paris flat!! And I wore flat shoes and my feet hurt!!!
I did Montmarte too with all the gorgeous cobble stones...
Don't worry...I would not walk around for the sole purpose of sightseeing in those shoes! They are for going out like for lunch or dinner!
The other thing I remember is that to have a wee in Paris cost 1 euro! I just remember thinking "This is the most expensive wee I have ever made!" hee hee.
Here is my travel journal I am taking with. I had a lot of fun putting this together.
Putting my itinerary as a keep-sake in this little envelope.
She inspires me all the time! Going to use them for photographs too.
yes, I am addicted to the secret window envelopes! For a change I look forward to my bills arriving in the mail, so I can use the envelopes!! (who would of thought!)
take care! xx

Your album is just beautiful and can't wait to see it all filled ;) So glad that Mary Ann helped you out with some trip tips...she is such a sweetheart. I would have loved to have had her as a teacher for my sons. Mary Ann and I discovered that we were both living in Panama at the same time...her Dad was in the Air Force and mine was in the Army. Just goes to show you that it really is a SMALL, SMALL WORLD! btw...I thought those shoes were made for walking...into the bedroom that is...lol
You know my advice for your trip to Paris...If you CANT'T be good...than be careful ;) Lots of love girlfriend, Roberta xoxoxo
oh bonnie it's gorgeous! love your little windows. have a lovely time. let's keep our fingers crossed that the weather is sunny at least 1 or 2 days while we're there. but rain or not, who cares when you're in the city of light? not me!
Oh wow Bonnie, I am gobsmacked by your beautiful travel journal! You are certainly going to remember every little thing about your trip with such a lovely memento to store your memories in. I love the page with the green French rococo frame transparency - gorgeous!!! Love all your cute pockets too. And- it was a pleasure sending you the info. I almost felt like I was travelling to Paris all over again! Bisous et Bon Voyage! Vxx

Lucky lucky you going to Paris, I hope you have a fabulous time, you won't know yourself going just the two of you!!LOVE your boots and the photos of you with the cases! How many sleeps left??
Bonnie,
I'm so jealous! You will have such an awesome time on your trip! Like you, I've been to Paris, but it was only a day trip from London...not nearly enough time to really enjoy it!
I certainly can't imagine walking 10 feet in those shoes! They are gorgeous, but I would surely break a leg trying to walk in them! I think Paris should be warmish in March, but you are probably right...better wear layers.
Have a blast and be sure to share lots of pictures!
